Volunteer Agreement

By submitting your application, you agree to the following:

• Commitment
  We count on our volunteers to bring events and ideas to life. If you commit to a role or shift, please do your best to follow through. If something changes, just let us know as early as possible so we can adjust.

• Conduct
  As a Visit Lake Butler volunteer, you’re a representative of the values we stand for: kindness, community, and creativity. We ask that you interact with others respectfully and uphold a positive spirit in all you do.

• Safety
  Your safety matters. Please follow all safety guidelines during volunteer activities. If anything feels unsafe or you need assistance, notify a team member immediately.

• Confidentiality
  You may learn information that isn’t public. Please respect the privacy of others and only use the information you receive for its intended purpose.

• Photo & Media Release
  By participating in volunteer activities, you consent to being photographed or filmed and understand these images may be used to help promote Visit Lake Butler and its community efforts. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know in advance.
